Because of the bad weather and major flooding these past few days, I decided to try out a new DVD a friend had lent me in order to practice today.

Welcome Rodney Yee to my living room….teehee :)

The verdict: the sequence was easy enough to follow but challenging as it made you go much, much slower compared to a typical Vinyasa flow. I think the purpose of that was for fat burning. I liked too how there was minimal explanation and the constant reminder for mindful movement.

HOWEVER…I still like studio classes better! I guess doing yoga alone just isn’t as fun.
